This is a topic we've wanted to write about for some time. But it always got pushed down on the list since it requires a little bit an extra effort.
Since this topic covers a wide area, I will break it into two parts. I posted a question on our Instagram profile asking what our followers would want to see or listen to (I will be casting this on our podcast as well) if we write a post on 'Group Play'.
The responses were massive, and we've got a lot of good points and requests our followers would like to read. I will include most of them in the post so that we can answer them more descriptively. In the first part of this post, We will touch on the rules and etiquette you have to follow when attending a party.
Like any other party, swinging parties have their own set of basic etiquette. Following these principles can make swinging fun and foul-free, every time. It can help you to attract the best couples in the lifestyle and get invited to some of the most exclusive parties in the country.
Make it on time
One of the most awkward things in a swingers party is seeing a couple/ single walks in late. If people have started to play and you walk into the room, you will surely be the center of attention. But not in a good way. The worst part would be, you wouldn't even know where to fit in too. If you are getting late, inform the host beforehand. Or the high probability is that you may never be invited again.
Sexy Tip - Arriving on time would increase your chances to mingle with that perfect couple you see in the crowd.
Courtesy
The swinging lifestyle isn’t as easy as it looks. You will find out that sometimes it is a complex equation and it complicates by lots of insecurities and uncertainties. Courtesy is the key you use to neutralize these complications. Behave with people just like you would like them to behave towards you. Be sensible, thoughtful, and understanding.
Take a gift for the host
Hosting a party is not a simple thing. Even in Sri Lanka, there are only a handful of seasoned hosts to arrange exclusive gatherings. Hosting parties cost a lot of money because it includes booze, food, condoms, little snacks and providing a safe place to play.
Sometimes the host wouldn't even expect anything for you to bring. But good etiquette is not to go to a party empty-handed. You can ask the host beforehand about anything you could get for them. Or you can get something simple like a bottle of wine.
What to wear & things to take
When attending a party, wear clothes which you are comfortable with. Because when the playtime starts, you wouldn't want to spend 15 minutes to remove a buckle. Only take as much cash as you require. Keep your jewelry and any other valuables to the bare minimum. Losing them will be a headache to you and an embarrassment to the hosts.
Most hosts keep enough condoms and lube ready. But it is always better you pack some extras with you. You can take a small face towel if required, to refresh your selves after a playful night.
Guys, keep your boxers clean and tidy.
Sexy Tip - Wear that sexy lingerie you are keeping for the perfect occasion.
Health and Hygiene
This is a given thing. But here it is. Make sure you shower and groom well before you leave. Another important hygiene aspect is oral hygiene. Bad breath or body odor is a big turn-off for your potential partners. Good cologne, perfumes or body sprays will give you the edge in the environment. But keep it to a level that you don't overdo. The best way to enjoy the party is by freshening up as you reach there.
One important thing you need to remember is 'safe sex'. Just like you are playing with a couple, even at parties, make sure you both use condoms. And change them when changing partners. Ladies, if a guy approaches you, make sure you request him to replace the condom while you are at present.
Drink responsibly and don't overdo it because you want to enjoy the playtime and not pass out in some corner.
Sexy Tip - Danuthri says the other ladies she has met at parties have told her that they prefer their partner to be fully clean and shaved down under.
The Right to say ‘NO’
This is the golden rule in swinging. It's simple and straight-forward. It is a polite thing to say and it is courteous to accept when someone says 'no'.
Explanations are not required as it may cause embarrassment for you. Don't be afraid to decline an invitation. It is the only way to avoid doing something you might regret afterward.
If a lady says 'No', just apologize politely and move on to the next. Usually, the host does not entertain anyone who is not following house rules and this could easily get you banned from the party and the circle.
So there you go, this is our list of rules for group parties. I will post the second post soon and I will surely add some of the sexy stories we have on the parties we've attended so far.
